What We Do
Air Venture
Village Avenue exists to help missionaries and ministry workers around the world to take their ministry stories and learn how to put them in a visual form.
We do this Audio-Visual Education (Ave.) primarily through the Toolbox for Video Storytelling and the new blog.
Feel free to click on one of the above photos and view some of my photo stories. A very simple one to make was Air Venture, just using a piece of music and photos for the air show
in Oshosh, Wisconsin. It was assembled in SoundSlides.
This site and it’s contents (unless otherwise indicated) is ©2008 Village Avenue.
The term Village Avenue comes from the vision that, from the villages of the world,
to the avenues of the city, we’ll help provide audio-visual education (AVE) to those
who want to learn how to tell their story through digital media.
As a missionary and ministry photographer, producer and videographer for thirty years, I can share my experiences traveling to nearly fifty countries and shooting in varied cross-cultural situations.
I also try to stay abreast of new technologies and will share what I learn there, too.
