After payment is made, you will be redirected to the pdf download site and the file should open automatically. PLEASE BE SURE TO SAVE IT TO YOUR COMPUTER OR ANOTHER DRIVE. Depending on your connection speed, it may take a few moments as it is a 1MB file.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE ORIGINAL BOOK, please E-mail me at JohnW@VillageAve.com It will probably require a special order taking several weeks (as we have them printed only as we need them) although sometimes we have single copies on hand. The CD-ROM will run on windows machines but if used on a Mac, it will only operate in OS9.
